One-On-One Executive Brain Coaching (Monthly)

The Executive Brain Academy Online 1:1 Coaching Program is a performance-based training system for middle and high school students who need to become independent learners. We do not tutor assignments. We train the brain behind the assignments. This is not open-ended tutoring or homework supervision. Each student receives: • Weekly 1:1 Strategy Session to plan, prioritize, break down assignments, and build executive function skills • Weekly Accountability Call to review follow-through, troubleshoot obstacles, and adjust the plan • EBA App Access for academic planning, To-Dos, and progress tracking • Parent App Access so parents can stay informed without constantly asking or reminding • Monthly Parent Check-In to review progress, challenges, and next goals Students work toward measurable independence: • Consecutive weeks with zero missing assignments • Reduced parental reminders • Independent weekly planning • Consistent follow-through on their own To-Dos • Ability to run structured study sessions without supervision Our goal is clear: Transfer academic management from the parent and coach to the student. Parents stay informed through the app. The coach provides strategy and accountability. But over time, the student learns to take ownership. Families see: • Fewer homework battles • Less parental monitoring • Clearer weekly structure • Stronger academic follow-through • Greater confidence and ownership • A student who increasingly manages school independently When a student meets the independence criteria, they graduate. The Executive Brain Academy is not about giving students another adult to depend on.
