UNDONE NO. 34 PINK SUNSET APERITIF 0.0% | THIS IS NOT ITALIAN APERO

UNDONE NO. 34 Pink Sunset Aperitif 0.0% is our fruity, pink aperitif inspired by modern Italian aperitivo classics. Bright citrus notes meet exotic fruit and a subtle bittersweet aperitif character. “This is not Italian Apero” describes the idea: an alcohol-free alternative created for modern Italian-style aperitif drinks. UNDONE’s proprietary Triple Flavor Recovery process was developed with experts and bartenders, using the best alcoholic products as a benchmark. Natural flavors and a precise balance of fruit, acidity, sweetness and delicate bitterness create structure, depth and reliable performance in mixed drinks. The result is a fruity, fresh and balanced profile with vibrant citrus, exotic fruit and a subtle bitter finish. Perfect for THE 0.0% UNDONE SPRITZ, served over ice with tonic, or as a base for light aperitif drinks and highballs.
