Trading hours: 10am to 4pm. Your stall must be set up and ready to trade by 10am, and you must stay until 4pm. Taking down your stall before closing time isn’t permitted. Please arrive at your allocated time, and don’t move your vehicle until you’ve been told it’s safe to do so. Pitch booking: Your pitch fee is for a licence to occupy a 3m x 3m pitch on the date booked and nothing else. We don’t provide tables, gazebos, electricity or any other equipment, so please bring everything you need. Any promotion we do is at our discretion and isn’t part of the pitch fee. Block bookings: Book six dates in one go and pay £30 per date instead of £35. Enter your block booking code at checkout. You’ll find it in the Traders Community or in your “Welcome, you’ve been approved to trade” email. Block bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable, so we can’t offer a refund if you need to cancel any of the dates. Block-booked dates can’t be swapped, moved or transferred. Events with a different pitch fee aren’t included in block bookings. Double pitches: If you book two pitches at each market, you’ll need a different block booking code. Please email ruth@hunnypotcottage.com to ask for it before you book. No retrospective discounts: Block booking discounts can’t be applied after a booking has been made, so please make sure you enter the correct code at checkout.
