The Mandan Ski Wallpaper - Spruce

A design shaped by craft, legacy, and a profound respect for the mountain. The Mandan Ski Wallpaper in Spruce combines a rich green background with a studied composition, reflecting on a legacy that reaches beyond the design itself. Its arrangement evokes the enduring craft of quiltmaking, a tradition carried forward through generations in both Indigenous and settler communities, each with its indelible lineage, meaning, and artistry. Named for a landmark Sundance chairlift, the design speaks to our relationship with the mountain, the people whose lives and stories are bound to the land, and our responsibility to care for the natural world.
