YOU MUST ENTER YOUR BUSINESS NAME AT CHECKOUT Thank you for choosing to be part of The Purple Painted Lady 20276 Festival! Saturday from 9-5pm and ***** Sunday Hours are being extended by one hour. 10am - 5pm Registration is for one space that is a 10x10 spot for a tent with straight legs for two days, on Sept. 18 & 19, 2027. One day participation at the festival is not an option. Please do not purchase two spots unless preapproved by Trish, or a refund for one space will be completed. Please text her at 585.750.6056 if you need approval. We chose incredible artists who are also friendly and kind...like you! Again, by purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the following requirements and rules of this event on our private property. This means, but not limited to: 1. Understanding that you should only register if confident you will be attending. There is not a ONE DAY OPTION and there are NO REFUNDS… so please only sign up if you are confident you can attend. 2. To be part of our private Facebook Vendor Group page 3. READ THIS TWICE! => YOU MUST attend one of FIVE vendor meetings over the spring and summer of 2027. (Meetings start at 7pm and will be announced soon!) LOCATION: Meetings are held at 880 Yellow Mills Road Palmyra NY 14522 4. Bring and sell only items agreed to with TPPL. This saves you from showing up with items that other artists have been approved for - keeps everyone happy! 5. No smoking at our event or anywhere on our properties, including outside of vehicle in parking lot. 6. You agree and understand that moving in and set up must be done prior to Sept. 18th or your space will be forfeited without a refund. (moving in takes place the week prior) This means your tent, infrastructure, etc. If you are a festival alumni- you understand what I mean here. 7. Accept that leaving early or breaking down of your tent early will disqualify you from future events. If you SELL OUT....feel free to put up a sign stating that and text Trish. You do not need to stay in your tent, but you must communicate this to Trish! 8. Tents must have straight legs, and an effort must be made to curate your space to look amazing. This means potentially, having a carpet, nice signage that should include your website, email, or phone number. 9. Understand that the sound level for music may be louder than your preference. 10. Understand that the property of the festival is our home, and some areas may not be perfectly level. 11 Accept that your tent is set up in an incorrect spot, that we may need to move it. 12. You will help with promting the festival by Having 2027 Festival postcards at other shows throughout the year.
