A familiar NOL shape, dressed in soft corduroy. The Corduroy Skin is the removable outer cover for our XXXL bean bag. Its softly ridged texture brings warmth and character to a room, while a choice of colours lets you make the corner feel more like your own. Texture that belongs at home Soft corduroy gives the bean bag a tactile, furniture-like presence. The fine ridges catch the light gently and bring depth to living rooms, bedrooms, reading corners and other spaces made for slowing down. Choose what goes inside This Skin is made to fit the NOL XXXL Foam Core, but you do not have to use our Core. You can also fill the Skin directly with regular thermocol or EPS bean bag fillers available in the market. Both work. They simply create a different kind of seat. With the NOL Foam Core Choose the Foam Core if you prefer a softer, more cushioned feel. It arrives already filled with shredded PU foam, so there is nothing loose to pour into the Skin. The foam can be fluffed and reshaped as it settles, without the frequent filler top-ups usually associated with thermocol beads. Just let the Core expand, slip the Skin over it like a pillowcase, secure it, and settle in. With thermocol fillers If you prefer the firmer feel of a traditional bean bag, you can pour thermocol or EPS fillers directly into the Corduroy Skin and use it on its own. Thermocol beads gradually compress with regular use, so you may need to add more filler from time to time. Filling loose beads can also be a messier job, especially when they find their way around the room. It works, but for a softer feel, simpler setup and lower-maintenance everyday use, we recommend pairing the Skin with the NOL Foam Core. Easy to live with The Skin is removable, so it can be taken off whenever it needs cleaning or whenever you feel like changing the colour of your corner.
