STAGE MATCHING The stage is part of the calibration specification. Choose the stage that matches the vehicle’s actual turbo, hardware, and fuel. Anything labeled Required must be installed and operating correctly. Order details such as VIN, ECU/ROM, fuel, transmission, and requested supported exhaust behavior are collected by email after ordering and do not replace stage requirements. STAGE 2 — STOCK-TURBO PERFORMANCE For factory-turbo vehicles with the cooling and airflow hardware required for a higher-load map. Required: Factory turbocharger Upgraded intercooler or charge-air cooling where applicable High-flow exhaust/downpipe hardware where lawful Leak-free charge system and healthy fuel pressure STAGE 3 — SUPPORTED UPGRADED TURBO For specifically supported upgraded-turbo combinations. The turbo, fuel system, and ECU/ROM must match an available Stage 3 file. A full ECU read is not required unless Poverty Built requests one after reviewing the order. Flashing software, licenses, cables, and interfaces are separate unless this listing or your order specifically says they are included. If your order also includes a cable or other physical hardware, that item ships separately. A shipping label means the package is being prepared; it is not in transit until the carrier receives it. FLASHING SOFTWARE & EQUIPMENTThe intended Bimmer Tuning Tools route is controller-specific: B48 QuickFlash for supported MG1 applications (currently $99 for a Single VIN license). Earlier MEVD17.2.3 B46/B48 applications use the separate MEVD17.2.3 QuickFlash app (currently $74 for a Single VIN license); that tool’s availability does not establish fitment for this MG1 listing. Confirm the exact controller, ROM, output class, and supported Poverty Built file before ordering. The software license, ENET cable/interface, and any required bench/third-party unlock are purchased separately and are not included in this calibration price. BEFORE FLASHING The vehicle must be mechanically healthy and free of unresolved fuel-pressure, ignition, boost-control, cooling, or drivetrain faults. Use the exact file for the VIN, ECU, ROM, turbo, hardware, and fuel. Complete any required ECU unlock before attempting the flash. Maintain stable battery voltage and a reliable connection.
