On a mission to de-anonymize Indian coffee by sourcing direct from small-scale experimental producers, Alai shares so many of FUNK's core values, which is why we're proud to release Chura Liya as a special Diwali celebration coffee. Grown by Dr. Aveen and Dr. Yogitha Rodrigues, these S9 cherries are inoculated with wine yeast and sealed into anoxic tanks to ferment whole before three weeks of drying on raised beds. The result is full-bodied stewed strawberry and long pepper. A festival of its own, all in your cup. Happy Diwali.
