This package includes the standard (medium) lightweight silicone frame and the soft, secure silicone pillows cushion, providing everything you need to update your mask's most critical wear points. Designed to keep the tubing out of your way and prevent red marks on the bridge of your nose, this replacement set restores that "day one" seal and comfort. Please Note: This is a replacement parts kit. It does NOT include the DreamWear Headgear. Compatibility This frame and cushion combination is fully compatible with the Philips Respironics DreamWear mask system. Because the DreamWear line features a modular design, this standard frame can also accommodate DreamWear Nasal cushions or DreamWear Full Face cushions if you decide to switch therapy styles in the future (proper headgear required). Care & Replacement Guide To maintain an optimal seal and prevent skin irritation, proper maintenance of your silicone components is essential. Daily: Wash the silicone nasal pillows cushion in warm water with mild, unscented soap. Rinse thoroughly and let air dry out of direct sunlight. Weekly: Wash the silicone frame in warm, soapy water. Ensure water runs completely through the hollow frame to clear out any residue, and hang to dry. Replacement Schedule: For the best CPAP therapy experience, we recommend replacing the nasal pillows cushion every 14 to 30 days and the frame every 3 months, or as soon as you notice the silicone stretching, tearing, or requiring over-tightening to maintain a seal.
