PREPARATION SUGGESTION / DE PRÉPARATION: Fry or cook chicken using your Sanam Chicken Fry Mix until golden and crispy. As soon as the chicken comes out hot from the fryer, oven, or air fryer, transfer the pieces to a wire rack or tray. While still hot, generously shake Sanam Peri Peri Chicken Duster over each piece and gently turn or dust all sides so the seasoning adheres. For extra heat and deeper flavour, add a second light layer immediately after the first. Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before serving so the seasoning sets. Perfect with pickles, white bread, chicken thighs, drumsticks, wings, or tenders. Dusting after frying helps preserve the crispy crust while adding a delicious peri peri kick.
