2025 Legacy Cyser

Legacy is our cyser — an apple honey wine made by co-fermenting Rosewood honey with heritage apple cider. Crafted from an original recipe written by R.W. Roman, Rosewood founder Eugene Roman’s father in 1972, Legacy honours the family dream that helped inspire Rosewood. His name and story remain on the back label as a tribute to our beekeeping roots and the mead that started it all. Medium-sweet, bright, and beautifully balanced, Legacy brings together the floral character of honey with the freshness and acidity of apple. The result is layered, comforting, and versatile, with notes of orchard fruit, wildflower honey, and gentle spice. A Rosewood original, rooted in family history. FOOD PAIRINGS Serve chilled before or after a meal, pair with cheese, roast pork, glazed ham, poultry, apple desserts, or spiced pastries, or warm gently with mulling spices for a cozy seasonal pour.
