Copalli Cacao Rum is a premium, certified-organic single-estate spirit crafted at the zero-waste Copal Tree Distillery in Southern Belize. Unlike typical mass-market flavored spirits, this clear, 80-proof (40% ABV) rum contains no added sugar, molasses, colorings, or artificial flavors. It delivers a dry, sophisticated, and authentic expression of cacao integrated into a clean sugarcane juice base. It features notes of dark baker's chocolate, bittersweet cocoa powder, ripe berries, and a distinct sugarcane grassiness.
