Graffiti decals work great on your freight cars, buildings and many other items across a layout or Diorama These top of the line graffiti decals are printed with a white backing on a clear decal film, this white backing allows the decal to be placed over dark colors (including black). With the ability to print and control where white is printed the decals are not printed on a white decal film.
