A modern twist on a Thanksgiving classic. Silky pumpkin custard infused with warm pumpkin spice, brown sugar, and a touch of orange, baked in our signature pie shell and crowned with torched Italian meringue in delicate radar-wave shapes. A special seasonal treat made for Thanksgiving and October. Note: This pie must be ordered min. 36 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location. Preserving Fresh Pie Instructions: Italian meringue is best enjoyed fresh on the same day, we recommend picking it up on the same day you’d like to enjoy it. The pie can also be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days.
