Linkwood 'Adelphi' 2009 / 16 years old 53.1%

A complex and well layered example of Linkwood, this Single Cask offering from Adelphi has been matured for sixteen years in a single Refill Oloroso Hogshead. The nose is well layered with aromas of linseed oil, custard creams, banana milkshake, juicy pineapples and freshly cut birch. The palate opens up with tangy raspberries and white chocolate, followed by pink peppercorns, allspice and rye bread.
