Solivé Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Solivé is a premium extra virgin olive oil from the Misciattelli Bernardini family. It is an elegant blend of Moraiolo and Leccino olives, with the spiciness and bitterness varying from year to year depending on the natural yield of the olive trees. Because the harvest takes place at a slightly more advanced stage of ripeness, you will experience a refined flavour with notes of freshly cut grass and green olives that are firm but not overpowering. Misciattelli Bernardini is the only producer that standardly provides a chemical analysis as proof of quality. Details can be found on the suppliers page.
