HealthHQ Radiant Outdoor Full Spectrum Sauna

HealthHQ Radiant Outdoor Full Spectrum SaunaA four-person outdoor infrared sauna with room to stretch out, built for New Zealand backyards. The Radiant is the all-rounder of the range. It seats up to four people on a 1.8 m × 1.2 m footprint and gives you near, mid and far infrared with enough room to sit back, stretch your legs, or share a session with family and friends. For most households it's the sweet spot: big enough for everyone, compact enough for a standard deck or patio. How Full Spectrum Infrared WorksA traditional sauna heats the air until you sweat. The Radiant works differently: its heaters warm your body directly, so the air stays comfortable while you still build a deep, steady sweat. Because the heat is gentler, longer sessions are easier, which helps if you've found hot, steamy saunas hard going. Near infrared: A soft surface warmth on the skin, the same wavelength used in red-light therapy, associated with skin health and repair Mid infrared: Reaches a little deeper to ease tension and stiffness and support circulation, a great way to recover after training or a physical day Far infrared: The deepest of the three. It gradually lifts your core temperature for the long, cleansing sweat infrared saunas are known for Why Families Choose the Radiant Space for Four: At 1700L*1100D*1800H mm inside, there's room to spread out on your own or sit comfortably side by side with the people you love Built for the Outdoors: A powder-coated aluminium body and aluminium roof stand up to New Zealand sun, wind and rain with very little upkeep, while XPS insulation holds the heat in on cold winter evenings Natural Timber Interior: Canadian Hemlock as standard, or upgrade to knotless red cedar. Warm to the touch and naturally aromatic, the timber lining is what makes every session feel like a retreat Low EMF Heaters as Standard: Glass heaters under 10 mG, carbon heaters under 3 mG, and under 2 mG at seat level, so you can relax without a second thought 8mm Tempered Glass: Strong, safe and full of natural light. Choose natural glass for the view, black tinted for a moodier feel, or mirrored for privacy from the neighbours Chromotherapy Lighting: Seven colours to match the session, from cool blues for winding down to warmer tones for an energising start to the day Built-In Sound: Bluetooth, USB and FM, so the whole group can enjoy a playlist, podcast or guided breathwork together Finding the Right SizeShort on space?
