Elite Honey

OLMAN SAUCEDA NUEVA SEGOVIA, NICARAGUA Malt, Honeydew Melon, Lime Zest Since 2018, we’ve proudly sourced exceptional coffees from our friend Olman Sauceda. Elite Honey is one of the first two we’re releasing from his farm, Finca Elite, this season. Elite Honey is a honey-processed Pacamara, a variety known for its larger bean size, creamy mouthfeel, and natural sweetness. The honey process — drying the bean with its mucilage intact — builds on those qualities with added body and a subtle fruit character, presenting rich, sweet malt, a soft honeydew melon, and a bright flourish of lime zest. Finca Elite is a family-run farm known for adapting unique varieties like Chiroso, Orange Geisha, Sidra, and Pink Bourbon to Nicaragua’s climate — work that earned them First Place in the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence.
