Its close Fitted cut keeps the body fairly streamlined, so it works over a first layer without leaving a large amount of spare fabric under a waterproof jacket. The main fabric is Tyono 20 nylon ripstop, a light, air-permeable outer that balances softness with resistance to everyday abrasion. The stated composition is 100% nylon, with a recycled nylon lining. An FC0 DWR finish helps the surface shed moisture, but this is a water-repellent insulated jacket rather than a waterproof shell.
