At Atelier Nemigenchev, young pastry enthusiasts will step into the role of real pastry chefs and create their own beautiful mini blueberry tarts. Under the guidance of Miglena Petrova, children will go through every step of the process, from making and shaping the shortcrust pastry to preparing the delicate blueberry-flavored cream and adding the final decorative touches. Every child will have the opportunity to unleash their imagination, learn new pastry-making skills, and turn their mini tarts into true culinary masterpieces.
