Two complementary ceramic cups by Bennington Potters of Vermont, in warm ochre brown and mustard yellow glazes. The taller No. 1340 Trigger Mug features the distinctive double loop handle; the lower, wider No. 1626 cup has a single loop handle. A pleasing mix of shapes and earthy color for a collected tabletop.Sold together as a pair. Both bear impressed Bennington Potters Vermont marks and their respective model numbers underneath. No saucers included. Exact production dates unconfirmed.Condition: Previously owned, with surface marks and wear. The low yellow cup shows areas of glaze loss or small chips along the rim and wear to the handle.
