Untamed Rhythms: Spirit of the Wild — Limited Edition by Rosie Smith

Untamed Rhythms: Spirit of the Wild — Rosie Smith A red fox stands alert, its body turned sideways while its face turns towards us, ears pricked and gaze watchful. Warm orange and russet fur, a creamy white chest and dark legs stand out against a rush of icy blues, lilacs and vivid pink marks. Rosie Smith’s expressive brushwork gives the scene a restless energy, yet the fox holds its ground, a quiet wild presence to live with and return to each day. Spirit of the Wild is part of Rosie Smith’s Untamed Rhythms series — a collection of wildlife paintings that capture the raw energy and movement of the natural world through bold colour and expressive brushwork. Rosie Smith is a UK-based wildlife and conservation artist working in watercolour and oils, whose paintings capture both the beauty and vulnerability of the natural world. A finalist in the David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year and Sketch for Survival, she is committed to using art as a voice for conservation — contributing work to projects including the Big Elephant Auction with Explorers Against Extinction. This giclée print is taken from one of her original oil paintings.
