Creates a matte finish: Leaves your dried paint with a non-glossy surface. Mixes with acrylic paints: Makes thick paint easier to spread and adjusts its finish. How to use Mix 30% glow pigment with 70% medium by weight. Add the powder gradually and stir gently but thoroughly to avoid bubbles. Adjust with more medium if needed. Do not exceed 35% pigment - adding extra powder can cause clumping without improving the glow. Brush onto a white base in thin, even coats. Let each coat dry before adding the next. For ready-made acrylic paint, add a little medium at a time. Adding more makes the paint thinner and more see-through.
