A daily probiotic blend with four identified strains: Akkermansia muciniphila Akk11, Lactobacillus reuteri HR7, Lactobacillus gasseri Lg-36, and HOWARU® Bifidobacterium lactis HN019™.Each capsule provides 10 mg of Akkermansia (1 billion AFU), 1 mg each of L. reuteri and L. gasseri (200 million CFU each), and 16.67 mg of HOWARU® HN019 (5 billion CFU). That is 5.4 billion CFU, with 1 billion AFU of Akkermansia listed separately. AFU and CFU are different measurements.One capsule daily. 30 capsules per bottle.
