Ceramic Woman with Chicken by Radoslaw

Beautiful ceramic sculpture of a "baba" (woman) holding chicken. She is dressed in a traditional folk costume, with a long skirt and cape. On her head, she wears a traditional headscarf. Hand built and fired by artist Radoslaw. We love its incredible details and colours. Measurements: 20 cm x 10 cm x 9 cm Radoslaw is such a talented ceramic artist and we are excited to present his pieces at Folka. Inspired by a rich tradition of ceramics from the Ilza region in Poland, he continues this unique heritage in his workshop. His favourite themes are figurative religious scenes, stoups and various animals - peacocks, chickens, squirrels, wild boars. Handmade in Poland.
