Skyborry, Frederick Perry 2024
A blend of Perry pears and Frederick Cider apples from the Tedstone & Court of Noke orchards, aged in oak barrels for a year from 2024, this was then blended with a barrel of freshly fermenting perry juice from the 2025 harvest. Fermented together then bottle conditioned. 15% apples, 85% pears. The barrel-ageing has given a pleasant round texture to the juice and this perry has a minerality and length that is similarly to good white wine. A delight!
