How do I qualify for VIP membership? Choose a qualifying Buy 3 or Buy 4 bundle on our TGP Premium Grip product page. Lifetime membership is included with either offer. Buy 1 and Buy 2 offers do not qualify, and membership is not sold separately. Does my membership expire? No. Your lifetime membership has no renewal fee, and your personal VIP code has no expiration or limit on repeat purchases. Which purchases receive the 15% discount? TGP Premium Grips, TGP PROwraps, and eligible bundles qualify. Your VIP code takes 15% off the merchandise subtotal after eligible bundle savings. It can combine with eligible bundle offers, but not other promotional codes. Free U.S. shipping applies when your merchandise subtotal is $54 or more after all discounts. Standard shipping rates apply below $54 and to international orders. Can I buy grips for friends and family? Yes. You can use your personal code to purchase for yourself, friends, or family. Membership and the code belong to you; they are not transferable. Use the email address associated with your membership at checkout. Does VIP pricing apply to the order that earns membership? No. Your qualifying bundle already includes its advertised savings. Your personal VIP code is issued after the order is paid and applies to eligible future purchases. How do I receive priority support? Reply to your VIP welcome email or contact our support team from the email associated with your membership. Mention that you are a TGP VIP Club member. I have not received my VIP code. What should I do? Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact our support team with your qualifying order number so we can check your membership and send your code. Membership is included exclusively with qualifying Buy 3 or Buy 4 bundles and is personal and nontransferable. VIP savings apply to TGP Premium Grips, TGP PROwraps, and eligible bundles on future orders. The 15% discount applies after eligible bundle savings but not other promotional codes. Free U.S. shipping applies to merchandise subtotals of $54 or more after all discounts. Standard shipping rates apply below $54 and to international orders. Standard exchange conditions apply. Our 14-day money-back guarantee remains unchanged.
