Menu: Parmigiano Reggiano Soufflé: delicate cheese soufflé finished with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar. Fresh Tagliatelle al Ragù Bolognese: handmade egg pasta served with a rich, slow-simmered traditional meat ragù. Zuppa Inglese: a classic Emilia-Romagna dessert layered with sponge cake, vanilla custard, and chocolate pastry cream.
