Timemore x Millab M01 Manual Coffee Grinder

The M01 is a manual coffee grinder from Millab, Timemore’s high-end line, made for both espresso and filter. It pairs a new 44 mm Pineapple conical burr with an external grind dial in 12.5 micron steps, in a body built almost entirely from aluminium and steel. The Pineapple burr is taller than a standard conical burr and breaks the beans down in five stages, which Timemore says gives a cutting path of around 60 mm, longer than many 64 mm flat burrs. The catch cup locks on with a quarter turn, with no threads or magnets. At 1.1 kg it is heavier than most hand grinders and takes more effort to turn, especially at espresso settings.
