Juki LK-1920 Bartacking Machine
The Juki LK-1920 is a computer-controlled, high-speed pattern tacker built for factories and workrooms that need a large sewing area and clean, consistent results, run after run. Most bartackers stop at a small tacking area. The LK-1920 gives you a 60 mm × 100 mm sewing area, big enough to sew a label or patch all the way around in one cycle. That means one machine can handle bartacks, label and patch attaching, small-parts attaching, curtain pleats, and jeans belt-loop ends. Why the LK-1920 Intermediate presser, standard. Holds the fabric down right at the needle so it doesn't flutter. You get neater stitches, and the height and stroke adjust to handle thick materials and seam steps. Up to 2,500 stitches per minute (at stitch lengths of 3 mm or less) for high output. Stitch length from 0.1 mm to 10 mm, adjustable in 0.1 mm steps. Two feeding-frame options: a one-piece electromagnetic frame (with a manual pedal to raise and lower the presser), or a separately driven pneumatic frame. Built-in patterns plus custom designs. Create and edit your own sewing patterns on a PC with Juki's PM-1 software (sold separately) and load them by USB. Available in versions for medium-weight and heavy-weight materials.
