This kit is a large-format, high-performance platform equipped with the NEJE E160 diode module featuring top-tier 8-FAC technology. This optical solution represents the most powerful optical performance available—delivering even more extreme optical capabilities than COS and fiber-coupled high-power diode modules. It is currently the only integrated module capable of 0.5mm text engraving, 300 DPI photo engraving, metal engraving, ceramic engraving, image engraving, and extremely fast engraving of high-hardness materials such as HDF board. Cooling Solutions For infrequent equipment use, water cooling can be achieved at room temperature by circulating over 10L of clean water with a pump. Two solutions are available for continuous long‑term operation: Use a pump paired with a sealed bucket and more than 10L of deoxygenated water or automotive windshield washer fluid. This configuration provides natural heat dissipation while preventing limescale buildup in the cooling lines. Choose an internal circulation radiator with a 100W heat dissipation rating. Typically, the pump for this setup generates relatively low flow pressure, yet it comes with active fan cooling.
