When their drummer is kidnapped by a sentient spoon, Winnipeg band It’s All in the Mind risk everything to rescue him before their next show. Thrown into a surreal fantasy world, they find themselves on the run from the police force, the sales force, and the ultimate authorities of Mom and Dad. A musical scramble packed with laughs and satire, the film follows three musicians risking life and limb to save their bandmate from the clutches of Mom and Dad, and the relentless Spoon.
