A extremely RARE German surgeons 3 tier field kit, all original, packed with it's original instruments, beautifully made and hard wearing campaign chest with brass banding and in it's original outer case, 3 lift out trays with more items in the bottom, dated 1892. Case size :- 51 x 29.5 cms, 15 cms tall. Is mostly comply, a couple of missing instruments which is amazing for this being 130 plies years old. We ship worldwide in an oversized box for safe shipping.
