Vintage Hand Written Journal, Day Book and Ledger

We were really lucky to find a wonderful collection of these fabulous books full of household accounts all hand written in a lovely neat hand. They all have burgundy spines with gold lettering. The journal has a leather spine and corners. The DAY BOOK starts in June 1924 and ends in December 1932. It is full of all the day to day expenses of the household. The LEDGER is mainly full of household accounts, stocks and shares. The JOURNAL starts in January 1937 and ends in January 1945 and is full of day to day expenses of the household. All three books are a wonderful social history that you could lose yourself in for hours. They would also be great for styling and displaying too.
