With only 5–10 minutes of light oxidation, the tea retains its luminous freshness, bright green appearance, and graceful aromatic lift. Precision drying at 240°F further locks in the leaf’s natural sweetness and subtle complexity, while hand sorting ensures a clean, elegant finish with an excellent show of tips. The dry leaf is bright green and visually refined, generously tipped and full of youthful spring vibrancy. In the cup, the liquor opens to a soft light-yellow hue, carrying a delicate yet distinctive fruity AV2 clonal flavour.
