Created by Carly Jo, the musical ARC of The Mirror is a transformational experience of song, frequency and prayer. Facilitated by Meredith Markworth-Pollack, founder of PALMA, Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer, she gently guides the group through a ceremonial experience of expansion. PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
