Last Call 86d - Original Screen Print
This print was part of a two part print series that I just did for fun. Fun tidbit - a collector of mine in England reached out when he saw this piece and requested a custom print with the name of his bar on it, Lord Nelson. His bar was located in Southwark in London, and my wife and I got to go out and visit it when we visited England. We met him, had a great time, and he even invited us to "Sunday Roast" which was a full-on heavy English meal with his friends and family. It was so fun and pretty awesome to get to connect with an international collector. Note: colors on-screen may vary slightly on actual print --- WHAT IS AN ORIGINAL SCREEN PRINT? Our screen prints are all printed by Adam in-house at our studio. Screen printing is a process where ink is forced through a mesh screen onto archival paper. Making certain areas of the screen impervious to printing ink thus creating a stencil, which blocks the printing ink from passing through the screen. The ink that passes through forms the printed image. Each screen print is made up of multiple layers/screens of ink that may print on top of one another to form multiple colors (i.e. printing yellow over blue will create a green color). Each screen print is slightly unique because of the hand-quality of screen printing process. All screen prints are hand-signed and dated by Adam.
