Attendees will be introduced to the 7 Elements of Rug Care, including check-in, dusting, washing, rinsing, drying, finishing, and inventory and delivery. The goal is to provide a clear, big-picture understanding of how a professional rug-cleaning operation operates. Participants will also gain exposure to foundational concepts such as rug construction, basic chemistry, and methodology that support better cleaning decisions. It is a great class for those exploring rug cleaning, adding rug services, or looking to build a stronger foundation in the trade.
