Puffy Paint is back! Draw, dry and watch them PUFF Kids will love giving their artwork a puffy 3D effect and bonus, these pens are popcorn scented! Colour your design in the eight vibrant colours. Puffy Popcorn Pens go on like a paint! Once dry, simply apply heat (from a hairdryer) which will make the artwork puff up, crackle and pop. Requires adult supervision. Note artwork must be dry to activate puffy effect - allow 8 hours. A great way to encourage creativity, fine motor skills and imagination! Painting and creating is now multi dimensional.
