A cozy, come-as-you-are "Tea Talk" centered around the topic of burnout. This is a space to sip, share, and/or simply listen as the circle through a heart-led conversation around the heaviest topics we typically try and ignore. There is no pressure to have the right words or any words at all. Together, space is held for the quiet, heavy, and sometimes confusing parts of being human, allowing whatever is present to exist without needing to fix or rush it. Whether you’re moving through something tender or just craving connection, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are and be met in a space of warmth, honesty, and gentle understanding.
