Into the Red 2024 - Mas Foulaquier

👨🏼‍🌾 Red Wine made by Pierre Jéquier & Blandine Chauchat (Mas Foulaquier).A light, hand-stitched red: short maceration of Grenache from Foulaquier and old Carignan from Tonillières, aged in concrete tanks to maintain a delicate profile. The nose opens with rose, dried flowers, then thyme and garrigue. On the palate, it is delicate but not thin: crisp fruit, fine spices, tiny tannins, with a saline and perfumed finish. Wine with no added ingredients, very low sulfites.
