Step 1 – Flip the Anchor Plate Turn the Fix&Go Anchor Plate XL upside down so the underside is visible. Step 2 – Press the Release Button Locate the small rectangular locking tab with the round button in the centre (as marked in the image). Press this button firmly inward. This releases the internal locking mechanism that normally prevents the slider from sliding out. Step 3 – Remove the Old Slider While pressing the button, slide the old slider out of the guide channel. Step 4 – Insert the New Slider Slide the new Global / Awnlux slider into the guide rail until it clicks securely into position. Step 5 – Check the Lock Gently pull the slider to confirm it is locked in place. Done — your Anchor Plate is ready to use.
