Lemony Snicket

A stunning Cookie Bar made on a lemony shortbread base with a layer of Biscoff cookie butter and crushed up Biscoff cookies. Next is a brown butter blondie layer with white chocolate and caramelized white chocolate chunks, topped with a lemon bar and a Biscoff glaze, and finally decorated with a lil' birds nest coconut macaroon! Like how cute is this bar!??! It's tangy and so well balanced. The flavours are a bit more adventurous but will be sure to put a smile on anyones face once you give this one a try!
