This is a sweet, 100% Gamay wine from Auvergne, made using the paille-sec method, resulting in a concentrated, amber-colored wine with notes of dried fruit and a silky texture.

• The wine undergoes refermentation in the bottle, which may give it a perlant attack but disappears quickly.
• The wine has a complex, caressing flavor with hints of prunes, raisins, and strawberry.
