Directions for use 01Once the tinting mixture is fully removed, apply the conditioner to the wet eyebrows. 02Gently massage in circular motions for 30 seconds. 03Cleanse the eyebrows with a wet cotton pad. The conditioner is also used for cleansing eyebrows from dye residue.
