The focus is on Palestinian Dabke as a central dance tradition. The aim is to establish a regular Dabke group in Berlin and to develop an open community in which people dance together, learn continuously, and deepen their practice. For Arabic learners at Kalamon, the course also offers a special opportunity to experience language and culture in a lively way through music, movement, and dance. The Palestinian dancer Mohammad Ali Deeb is a professional performer and choreographer with over 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has worked across numerous cities in the Arab world and Europe, participating in international and global opening events as both a dancer and a choreographer. His artistic work includes a wide range of group and solo performances on various stages.
