Bousquet Reserve Pinot Noir Orgánico

This is a 100% Pinot Noir organic wine, manually harvested between late February and early March. It undergoes moderate temperature fermentation to preserve fruitiness. Half of the wine is aged for six months in previously used French oak barrels, adding texture and complexity while maintaining elegance and freshness.
