Podocarpus henkelii (Long Leafed Yellow-Wood)

This plant belongs to the Podocapaceae family and is evergreen, with 5-7 inch long, shiny, blue-green needles that droop. It thrives in zones 8-11, prefers sun or part sun, and grows up to 10-25 feet tall.

• Reported to be the hardiest of the South African Podocapus taking temperatures down to around 15 degrees.
