Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Tuesday June 16th at 6:30pm for an evening of creativity through mindfulness, sensory awareness, and embodied practice. These workshops are designed to foster connection between mind and body through grounding exercises, meditation, sensory exploration, reflection, and creative expression. Each session will begin with a guided meditation and grounding practice, inviting participants to slow down, attune to their senses, and shift perception through mindful awareness. Through touch, taste, sight, and hearing, you will explore practices such as visualization, mindful eating, listening exercises, journaling, circle shares, and hands-on creative experiences that encourage curiosity, presence, and deeper connection to self, others, and environment. Open to all — no artistic experience is required. The focus is on process over product, creating space for reflection, perception shifts, and embodied discovery through creative practices.
