She’s indigenous First Nation Blackfoot/Tsuu’tina/Cree. Her primary focus is around beadwork which was taught from a young age from her Grandmother. Her beadwork has been showcased at SWAIA, the Eiteljorg, the Confluence, presented beadwork to the NHL Flames, Hitmen. When creating her artwork, she uses traditional knowledge and skill but also takes into consideration of what the buyer wants such as materials, colours, and style. Her beadwork practices/creations continue to evolve as she explorers themes centered around my cultural identity and her life experiences.
